Male model, actor, musician, author, family man – many things could define Lucky Blue Smith, and if you decide to choose one of them alone, you will fall short.
A modern renaissance man of sorts, Lucky started his career early on, at an age where most people don’t know what they want to do with their life.
Scouted at age 10, he fast-tracked his way to success in different life areas and sky-rocketed his way to the top. And what he’ll do next is anyone’s guess.
Early Life
Born and raised in Utah, Lucky was the youngest sibling, and the only male, of four children. When he was 10 years old, he was scouted by a model agency.
Two years later, he signed with Next Management and moved with his entire family to Los Angeles. Before he was 18 years old, he appeared in magazines internationally and worked with Tom Ford, Teen Vogue, Armani, and more.
No Stranger to Fame
Even though Lucky has plenty of accomplishments of his own, his family isn’t far away from the flashing lights.
His mother is a former model and his father a musician. His three sisters, including Pyper America Smith, were scouted and signed along with him; all three of them have reached their own degree of fame and success, just like their brother.
The Breaking Point
Just a little before his 18th birthday, in 2015, Lucky had what could be called the defining moments of his career.
A popular model on the rise, Teen Vogue named him Model of the Year. A few months later, in 2016, he featured in Love Everlasting, his film debut.
And that wasn’t enough: he also became a rising star in social media, praised by many for his charisma and charm.
More Than Modeling
Modeling is an important part of Lucky’s life, but it is far from the only thing that he has going on.
In 2009, at 11 years old, he started a band called The Atomics, where he plays the drums. Music and playing the drums, he claims, is his one and true passion.
In 2016, he was featured in multiple projects. The big screen saw him portray Bridger Jenkins in Love Everlasting. In that same year, he made guest appearances on Project Runway, and Studio C. He also released his book, Stay Golden, a personal account of his life.
A year before that, he was a guest in The Ellen DeGeneres Show – Lucky definitely feels comfortable on TV!
A Closer Look
Lights and cameras might take an important piece of his life – but it’s not the most important part of his life.
Lucky Blue Smith is more than his many professions. He’s also a family man, married with two daughters, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
His first daughter, Gravity Blue Smith, was born when he was in a relationship with Stormi Bree. His second daughter, named Rumble Honey, was born in October 2020; she was born after Lucky married Nara Pellman in February 2020.
What Comes Next?
With everything Lucky has done – one is left to wonder what’s next for him. Nobody knows but him. If his life so far is any indication, we know his next project will be something great.
