Together, Justin Bieber and Barneys New York have taken the idea of tour merchandise to a whole new level. Collaborating with friend and Fear of God designer Jerry Lorenzo on his Purpose tour wardrobe, Bieber brings many of the same pieces to Barneys with a new capsule collection. The exclusive range came together under the direction of Bieber, Lorenzo and Barneys senior buyer, Drew Caldwell.

Discussing Barneys collaboration with the singer and the look of the collection, Caldwell shares, “I think it feels of the moment.” He explains, “To ignore something of the moment—and Justin Bieber is definitely having more than a moment—would be against the Barneys heritage. We’ve always had our finger on the pulse.”
Talking about Lorenzo’s style signatures, Caldwell continues, “Lorenzo takes staples like bombers, flannels, and jeans to another level that’s thoughtful and exaggerated, developing those core pieces in a similar way.”
