Connecting with the magazine ahead of his eighteenth birthday, Smith hits the studio with photographer Jack Pierson. Embracing a mix of quirky proportions, Smith wears looks pulled together by stylist Michael Philouze.

On the subject of style, L’Uomo Vogue recalls Smith’s Louis Vuitton womenswear campaign. The fashion house’s creative director, Nicolas Ghesquière said about Smith in a translated quote, “Jaden is representative of a generation that has assimilated the codes of true freedom–one that is free from questions of gender.” Ghesquière continues, “Wearing a skirt for him is as natural as it is for a woman to wears a men’s trench coat or tuxedo.”
