Issey Miyake Spring/Summer 2015–Unveiling his latest collection for Issey Miyake during Paris Fashion Week, designer Yusuke Takahashi tackled a relaxed change of pace. Combining tropical undertones with the label’s signature fusion of eastern and western design ideas, scarves, knitwear, shorts, shirting and more eased into a summer getaway with bright graphics of pineapples, flowers and other prints. Imagining a day at the beach, oversized coats in subdued colors provided a soft element. Meanwhile, cropped pants with gradient prints and paperweight coats continued Takahashi’s tranquil theme, ushering in final looks in gorgeous hues of blue.
