The long-sleeve knit polo takes up residence, off-white and structured through a tall collar and eased with dropped armholes. A modest uniform emerges here, embracing an inward attitude.
Outerwear arrives collarless, zipped, and unlined. Cut short and slightly boxy, both the long- and short-sleeve jackets carry the touch memory of Japanese menswear from the 1990s. They exceed pure minimalism, signaling instead restraint.
Trousers widen through the thigh, then taper with discipline. The cut feels considered, with enough volume to fold at the knee and sufficient line to hang straight from the hip. These are trousers made for standing, thinking, and sitting.
COS’ palette resists seasonality. Shades of parchment, navy, and soft stone complement the peace found indoors. The clothes have a position of presence, as garments that carry weight in silence.
