David Beckham returns for a fall-winter 2016 edition of Modern Essentials with H&M. Starring in this season’s advertising campaign, Beckham reunites with comedian and actor, Kevin Hart for a road trip. Discussing the new outing, Beckham shares, “I loved shooting the first campaign with Kevin for H&M so much; we just had to do a sequel. This time we’ve pushed the story even further. I hope everyone likes it, we certainly enjoyed filming it.”

Hart jokingly adds, “It’s great to have the opportunity once more to show the world what everyone really knows, that I am the true inspiration for David Beckham’s style. He copies everything from me.”

Taking a road trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas with Beckham, Hart prepares for a starring role in I, Beckham: The Musical. Directed by Frederik Bond, who was also responsible for Beckham’s previous two commercials for H&M, the campaign features pieces from the Modern Essentials selected by David Beckham collection.

H&M Head of Design Menswear, Andreas Löwenstam says, “David and Kevin look so sharp in the campaign. Modern Essentials is a collection for men to have great personal style no matter where they find themselves.” Löwenstam continues, “The flying jacket and stripe sweater are new wardrobe essentials for men all round the world.” The range launches online and in stores on September 29, 2016.
