American Life–The streets of Harlem, New York are the main inspiration for the fall/winter 2013 collection of Italian label COMEFORBREAKFAST, which was presented at New York City’s Highline Loft. Inspired by the strength of American culture, the collection pays tribute to the many facets of American spirit, matching a strong urban mood with the hip-hop aesthetic, for a series of looks that create a modern and contemporary wardrobe that mixes shapes, textures and pieces with contrasting inspirations. From streetwear to sportswear, the collection reveals a series of unisex cuts and lines, bringing to life to a selection of dynamic and versatile numbers, often designed with techno fabrics. Oversized parkas, printed jeans and the more formal suits, try to reinvent menswear, thanks to hi-tech details, digital prints and unusual combinations of textures and colors.
