Versace unveils its menswear collection later than usual for fall-winter 2020. Utilizing Milan Fashion Week for women as the vehicle, Donatella Versace poses the question, Who is the man and who is the woman of today?
The designer explains, The reason I wanted to do show my men’s and women’s collections together today is because men and women are equally powerful.
For Versace this season, powerful resonated with more than just statement prints, but bold silhouettes and fits. Take, for example, a cropped leather jacket paired with voluminous trousers or a color-blocked striped sweater and quilted pants. Meanwhile, a black and white color palette grounded sleek footwear and accessories.
