Virgil Abloh kicked off the season with the idea of “Business Casual.” In fact, that’s the title of the designer’s Off-White collection. The fall-winter 2018 outing demonstrates the brand’s take on tailoring with modern proportions and color blocking. While jackets function as part of a suit, they also coexist with the collection’s simple tees and reworked shirting. Rebelling against slim silhouettes, relaxed trousers boast a certain bagginess. Meanwhile, Abloh doesn’t quite shake the label’s streetwear aesthetic. Sweatshirts, t-shirts, joggers, and more are christened with Off-White logos and design signatures.
