Afer unveiling its latest lookbook, Jil Sander took to Milan Fashion Week for a co-ed show. Designers Lucie and Luke Meier presented their version of “A HuMAN FuTuRE.” The fall-winter 2018 collection captures the spirit of human sensitivity. The brand shares in press notes, Even while considering the journey to space or to the far reaches of our planet, sophistication and elegance can be demonstrated. Creating this plus retaining a feeling of the familiar is what makes us have a positive view of what lies ahead.
Minimal style comes together with a focus on comfortability, familiarity, and fabrication. Asymmetrical hemlines finish light colored layers. Meanwhile, tailoring is updated with padding and 3-dimensional jacquards. Felted wools also join nylon knits and yarn-dyed stripes.
