Harmony looks to the Beat Generation for the inspiration of its fall-winter 2018 collection. In particular, the label references American novelist Jack Kerouac and his book On the Road. Set against the backdrop of drugs, poetry, and jazz, the novel is based on the travels of Kerouac and his friends. The attitude and nonchalance of the environment result in a laid-back approach to Harmony’s new collection. The brand’s artistic director David Obadia finds the elegance in the simplicity of minimalism. Sporting this season’s key styles, model Bartolomé Chapel dons effortless looks. They consist of essentials such as the camel coat, crewneck sweater, and slim-fit denim jeans.
