While Dan and Dean Caten have no problem making a fashion statement, the designer twins step up the bold factor with Dsquared2’s fall-winter 2019 collection. The Caten brothers create their own version of grunge style with psychedelic references and the brand’s penchant for winter-inspired fashions. Colorful plaids clash with psychedelic prints as the Dsquared2 man approaches western shirts, acid washed denim, and slouchy tanks. Bracing for the cold, oversized parkas and jackets contrast with semi-baggy pants and sneakers. Closing the season, the Catens show their hand at tailoring with the juxtaposition of sharp suit jackets and cropped tops.
