The stars align for Dior Men’s spring-summer 2021 collection. On the heels of the world answering the call of protest for Black Lives Matter, Dior artistic director Kim Jones unveils his collaboration with Ghana-born artist Amoako Boafo. Drawn to each other’s work, the pair met last year in Miami at the Rubell Museum. Jones and Boafo’s creative partnership unfolds with a collection that works as an artistic dialogue. Jones builds upon Boafo’s artwork, combining graphic prints with colors inspired by the artist’s penchant for “near-surreal hues.” Dior’s tailored house codes converge with contemporary sportswear trends for a chic season.
