Coach Winter 2025 Explores the Power of Dressing Up

The Fashionisto / Published June 30, 2025

Coach’s winter 2025 collection arrives as a fable rendered in fabric, a collision of childhood imagination and American wardrobe codes.

Stuart Vevers draws from his own memories, including paper crowns, cartoon graphics, and toy swords, and places them within a vocabulary of varsity jackets, upcycled denim, and playful tailoring.

These looks carry the spirit of dressing up as self-definition rather than disguise. Proportions shift deliberately. Trousers gather at the ankles, jackets frame the torso with broad ease, and pleated skirts introduce rhythm into otherwise structured silhouettes.

A pale tuxedo jacket meets a polka-dot shirt and tartan tie, balanced by slouched jeans and a soft crown. Another look brings together a red flannel shirt, leather outerwear, and floppy bunny ears, forming a portrait that feels both familiar and fictional.

The accessories expand the story. Bags appear with toy charms, socks swell with plush creatures, and play swords function as visual accents. These elements express fantasy as a confident aesthetic choice. Coach’s signature leathers and heritage sportswear provide a grounding layer within this imaginative world.

Mark Kean’s photography and Olivier Rizzo’s styling deliver the collection with focus and flair, offering a visual narrative that balances composition with curiosity. Here, Vevers presents menswear as a space of transformation, where dressing becomes a method of exploration, and the joy lies in what one chooses to become.
