Bottega Veneta Cruise 2014/15 Collection-Transitioning into spring territory, Bottega Veneta creative director Tomas Maier tackles a relaxed collection boasting fluid lines that take on colors lifted from the brush of a painter. From navy and burnt red to sky blue, colors are blended with special dying and bleaching techniques. Maier explains, “The essential starting point for Cruise is always the feeling of comfort and ease. I was interested in experimenting with techniques that are difficult to control and the possibilities they can bring, however subtle or unconcealed the result may be.” Textured fabrics give way to playful footwear that blend brogues with the traditional shape of sneakers for a fun finish to the season.
