What Lies Beneath–American GQ taps Nadav Kander at Chelsea and JD Smyth at Final Cut to craft a new video project featuring some of the biggest and baddest villains in modern cinema for their June issue. Titled “Evil Instinct”, the actors channel unsettling antagonists in a series of ominous films. With meticulous editing and a sinister score, Kander and Smyth lead the audience to believe the actors are performing gruesome and macabre actions, only to discover a twist ending. / Full interviews and videos can be found here.
