Warner Bros. Pictures unveiled an official Comic-Con trailer for the anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice film. The project which sets the groundwork for a series of films featuring various DC heroes and villains, hits theaters March 25, 2016. Henry Cavill reprises his role as Superman, joining new additions: Ben Affleck as Batman and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. The official synopsis reads: “Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’ most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.” Watch the trailer below.
