Alexander Skarsgård reunites with Man of the World after covering the magazine’s third issue in 2013. This time around, the Swedish actor connects with photographer Guy Aroch. Embracing fall tailoring, stylist Allan Kennedy outfits Skarsgård in sartorial pieces from brands such as Ermenegildo Zegna Couture and Burberry.

Alexander Skarsgård on Style

Talking to the magazine about style, Skarsgård explains, “Swedes are incredibly trendy. I think that comes from the fear of being like the cousin from the country way up there in northern Europe.”

However, the 40-year-old actor counters, “I don’t think we are cool, but we know what the latest trend is. I think that’s why, when Americans come to Sweden, they’re like, ‘Oh my God, everyone looks like they’re just out of a fashion magazine! In Sweden, there’s a lot of anxiety about this conformity.”
