Yohji Yamamoto Spring/Summer 2015–Yohji Yamamoto’s spring/summer 2015 collection read like a rich bazaar. Deep hues and intricate prints dressed oversized coats and trousers. Draped shawls and cardigans gave a nomadic vibe to the collection, which also featured suits with patches to imitate torn fabric. Yohji Yamamoto was also scrawled on pieces like street graffiti. Adopting denim and reinterpreting it for the cause, the blue classic was oversized and draped for some of the season’s most voluminous shapes. Rounding out the season were a relaxed lineup of suits with genius brush strokes.
