Going nude to support the National Autistic Society, actors, models, musicians and artists alike are featured in a collection of thirty portraits for Andrea Vecchiato’s latest project The Sitter, Not the Artist. Inspired by Oscar Wilde, who wrote “Every portrait that is painted with feeling is a portrait of the artist, not of the sitter”, Vecchiato is selling his original prints with profits going to the National Autistic Society. From October 25 to November 2, 2010, Vecchiato’s prints will be on display at The Gallery Soho.
