Saint Laurent-As the Cannes Film Festival draws to a close, opinion on the Yves Saint Laurent biopic fronted by Gaspard Ulliel seems to be rather mixed. The Telegraph described the film as ‘thunderously vapid’ in their review, citing its length of two and a half hours and lack of substance to detract from the piece as a whole. The film’s wardrobe, however, has been highly praised–Variety described the work of costume designer Anais Romand as its ‘prize contribution’.
