Junya Watanabe Spring/Summer 2015–Embracing denim and blue for spring/summer 2015, Junya Watanabe’s latest collection fit right in with one of the season’s biggest trends. Refocused on simple dress and essentials, the denim trend is one to follow next season. For Junya Watanabe, this met a casual collection that juxtaposed the classic with pieces such as joggers and blazers. One denim jacket was mixed with leather for a luxe finish. Reinterpreted in another fashion, a patch blazer looked great with a relaxed pair of denim jeans. Also embracing stripes, micro dots, zig zags and plaids, Junya Watanabe crafted a charming collection that felt young and fresh. This energy was obvious in the silhouettes of drop crotch pants, cropped trousers and relaxed graphic tees.
