Back to the Music with Saint Laurent–Hedi Slimane’s love and design aesthetic of rock and punk comes alive with each new season, but the Saint Laurent Music Project is the definition of the designer’s edge. In 1971, Mr. Laurent himself dressed Mick and Bianca Jagger for their wedding in St. Tropez. Fast forward to 2013 when Girls’ Christopher Owens was the front man for Saint Laurent’s relaunch. Now, the brand’s highlighting James Edward Bagshaw, the Temples’ singer-guitarist, as the face of the project.
