“We buy. We spend. We pick. We wear. Simply because we need. Fashion is as natural an impulse as a spree in the supermarket.” For their fall 2009 collection, Ground-Zero designers Eri and Philip Chu were inspired by the parallel drawn between a need for food and clothes. As usual, the unisex line explores oversized proportions and symbolic graphics that a make a statement about the current state of the world and its economy.
