The New Kate Moss-The 90s are back as photographer Jose Morraja captures an androgynous Arran Turton-Phillips for the latest cover story of Spanish magazine Neo2. Embracing a casual style that complements sneakers from Reebok, Arran is styled by Xavi Reyes in youthful fashions which include graphic t-shirts, denim jeans and relaxed button-downs.
